Terms of Service
Effective from 2 May 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Shopify app CleanINCI, operated by A&N Advisory.
2. Acceptance
Installing the app constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you don't agree, uninstall the app.
3. Service
- automatic detection of allergens and banned substances (EU Regulation 1223/2009 and amendments 2023/1545, 2025/1175, 2026/78);
- INCI list ordered by descending concentration;
- PIF audit trail (Article 11);
- multilingual storefront display (FR / EN / DE / IT / ES) via the theme extension.
4. Plans and billing
Four plans: Free (3 products, free of charge), Starter (50, €19/month), Pro (200, €49/month), Plus (unlimited, €79/month). Billed via the Shopify Billing API. Cancel any time.
5. Merchant responsibility
The merchant remains responsible for final compliance. The app is a decision-support tool. It does not replace a Safety Assessor or legal counsel.
6. Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at the cumulative subscription fees paid by the merchant in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for regulatory fines, product recalls, or indirect damages.
7. Data and privacy
Governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Uninstall any time from your Shopify admin. Full data erasure 48 hours after uninstall via the shop/redact GDPR webhook.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes go to the Paris courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
